Preah Vihear: Preah Vihear Provincial Administration Celebrates the 70th National Independence Day on November 9 and the 19th Anniversary of the Reign of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia The Kingdom of Cambodia is highly revered. In that ceremony, the Governor of Preah Vihear Province, Mr. Kim Rithy, said, “Today is the great day of His Majesty the King of Preah Vihear Province to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the National Independence Day (November 9, 1953- “November 9, 2023) and associated with the Royal Ceremony of the 19th Anniversary of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia as our reverence.”
The provincial governor said that the ceremony was held to express the happy and joyful celebration of his reign, as well as gratitude for the historic day and the noble deeds of His Majesty King Norodom.
