Preah Vihear: Preah Vihear Provincial Governor, 250 officers, officers and deputies of the 3rd Intervention Division volunteered to donate blood to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the birth of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces to the Preah Vihear Provincial Health Department. Blood Donation Ceremony to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Birth of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (1953-2023) Held on November 1, 2023 under the Presidency of Preah Vihear Provincial Governor Kim Rithy, Deputy Commander Intervention Division 3 Lt. Gen. Srey Duek, Advisor to the Ministry of Health and Director of Preah Vihear Provincial Health Department, Dr. Kuong Lo and Preah Vihear Provincial Health Officers, including Commander, Deputy Commander, Officers and Soldiers of Intervention Division 3 Well.

The brigade commander on that occasion expressed his great joy at the blood donation ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the birth of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. He said that the 250 volunteers who donated blood today were officers from the units of the unit and the battalion under the headquarters of the 3rd Intervention Brigade. He said the number of blood donors was on request and that a number of other reserve forces had been deployed in case of emergency.

Preah Vihear Provincial Governor Mr. Kim Rithy praised the heroic deeds of the officers, deputies and soldiers of the 3rd Intervention Brigade and the 3 Intervention Brigades who volunteered to donate fresh blood to save the people. All people, from all walks of life, from all walks of life, are not racist with wholehearted love.

The Governor of Preah Vihear Province today also volunteered to donate blood to the Preah Vihear Provincial Health Department to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the birth of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (1953-2023) with his wholehearted love.
