Cambodia and the Czech Republic vow to further expand cooperation in the field of land management and urbanization

Cambodia and the Czech Republic are committed to further expanding cooperation between the two countries in the areas of land management, urban planning and construction. The remarks were made during a courtesy call and discussion between the Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Compensation, Deputy Prime Minister Say Sam Al, and the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Cambodia, Martin Vavra, at the Ministry of Land, Urban Planning and Construction. According to the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, in the meeting held on October 23, 2023, the two sides pledged to strengthen the field of land management, urban planning and construction, in particular. Making the city a happy place to live by continuing to improve and find new appropriate solutions, such as facilitating traffic in Phnom Penh, the drainage system and the housing arrangement. The main purpose is to continue to turn Phnom Penh and other cities into unique, clean and green areas to promote tourism and expand socio-economic activities.
